Last April, I completed the Three Passes of Everest Trek in Nepal.  Recently, I presented  a photo slideshow accompanied by stories and travel tips to audiences in San Diego.

My guide’s name on the Everest trek was Lakpa.  He was very kind, friendly, a gracious. He lost his home during the earthquake of 2015 and is just now rebuilding.  He has a young daughter, named Rosina, that is very bright and would like to study the sciences. To help his family, I put together a gofundme page to help raise money for his daughter’s education.
