Three Passes of Everest: Day 15
It is so much warmer and I feel so much stronger as we descend. We are back in the forest with wild flowers and green trees along the trail. The day started out warm and sunny. After lunch in Thame, clouds rolled in and embraced us. For the rest of the day we walked in the mist. It took eight hours from Lundgen (14,371 ft) to Namche Bazar (11,286 ft) with one hour for lunch in the village of Thame.

Such exquisite beauty. From the modern (pizza) to ingenious creativity in living in the clouds with Everest. Such a beautiful people. The mist pic is like being hugged by nature. Love the painting monks 🙂 Nice shots!!
